EADP, the voice of the European directory and database publishing industry

For European directory and database publishers, contacts and cooperation are vital, especially in the context of the regulatory framework of the European Union and the developments of the market. Since 1966, the European Association of Directory Publishers (EADP) is providing its members and the sector as a whole with a voice and a clear presence in Brussels, the centre of the European Union.

But it’s membership is not restricted to the 25 EU countries. Member companies come from 36 countries worldwide: publishers, suppliers of products and services for the publishing industry and 6 national associations representing 340 directory publishers.

The forums for networking and discussion, that EADP provides, are the Conference on Managing Directories in spring and the annual congress in autumn. The next one will be in Athens on 24-27 September 2008.
