Executive Director: Lucie Kenny: l.kenny@icmaonline.org Lucie is responsible for the general management and strategic direction of ICMA, development of conference programmes, member benefits and recruitment.

Events and Communications Manager: Shay Klomp Bueters: s.klompbueters@icmaonline.org Shay is responsible for the internal and external marketing and communication, as well as planning and organising the bi-annual General Meetings and other events.

Membership and Marketing Manager: Florentine Jalil: f.jalil@icmaonline.org Florentine is responsible for the recruitment of new members and the marketing for ICMA.

ICMA COMMITTEE
The Committee consists of a Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and 2 or 4 other members, who are elected by the membership every two years. Committee members, who are either publishers or managers of member papers, are volunteers. The Committee represents member interests, provides information on the classified advertising industry to Head Office and is responsible for the strategic direction of the association. They meet twice yearly at the General Meeting and a minimum of twice more during the year.
