- The Teambuilding Painting Event on Wednesday afternoon, 31 October 2007
- The Welcome Reception at the Radisson SAS hotel and the Welcome Dinner at "In De Waag" restuarant on Wednesday 31 October 2007
- A typical Dutch Dinner on Thursday 1 November 2007
NOT included in the registration fee:
- Travel to and from the meeting venue

Cancellation policy
ICMA Head Office must be notified in writing of any cancellations. A cancellation fee of € 99 will be charged for cancellations received up to 28 September 2007. After this date, there will be no refund of the registration fee.
Separate conditions apply for the hotel reservation.
