Rates are per room per night, including full American buffet breakfast for one person, (additional breakfast is $27.01), all taxes and resort fee*. These rates are offered 5 days prior, during and 5 days after the General Meeting dates, subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservation. 

*The resort fee includes  entrance to the Spa, utilization of the Fitness Center, complimentary local calls (up to 20 minutes per call), access fees waived for credit cards and 800 calls, 10 pages of incoming faxes per day, in room coffee replenished daily, morning newspaper, beach and pool chairs and umbrellas as well as pool and beach attendant gratuities, Just Us Kids Club and scheduled shuttle service to Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops and South Beach.

The rates listed are only valid for reservations made through ICMA. Higher rates may apply if booked directly with the hotel. Hotel requirements are to be applied for on the online registration form by the official registration deadline. ICMA will arrange your booking and confirmation of this booking will be sent shortly before the date of the event. ICMA will not be responsible for any rooms booked directly with the hotel by the participant. Please read the hotel cancellation and payment policies on the registration form carefully.

Hotel Reservation - Method of Payment

• Upon registration, ICMA will guarantee your room reservation with the hotel. For this purpose, ICMA requires a credit card guarantee by each individual participant. Without this, the hotel room cannot be held.
• No deposits or pre-payments are required. Settlement of all charges is to be made directly to the hotel by each individual upon checkout.

Hotel Reservation - Cancellation

• Individual cancellations will be accepted until 24 September 2008. Any room cancellation received after this date or No Show will be charged with the original booking to the credit card used as guarantee.
• If you wish to cancel or change your hotel reservation, please contact ICMA Head Office.

Driving Directions
From the Miami International Airport
The trip to Trump International Beach Resort from the Miami Airport will take approximately 25 minutes, depending on traffic.

• As you exit Miami International Airport, follow the signs for State Road 112 and I-95 North.
• Take I-95 North to Exit 16: Ives Dairy Road.
• Turn right (East) onto Ives Dairy Road and go to Biscayne Boulevard (one mile).
• Turn right (South) onto Biscayne Boulevard and continue straight through 3 traffic lights; the Aventura Mall will be on your left.
• At the 4th traffic light, turn left (East) onto the William Lehman Causeway.
• Follow signs for A1A South (Collins Avenue). Turn right (South) onto Collins Avenue.
• Trump International Beach Resort will be on the left, just past the 183rd Street traffic light.

From the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport
The trip from Ft. Lauderdale airport to the resort will take approximately 25 minutes, depending on traffic.

• As you exit Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, follow signs for I-95.
• Take I-95 South to Exit 16; Ives Dairy Road. Turn left (East) onto Ives Dairy Road and go to Biscayne Boulevard (one mile).
