What is included in the Exhibitor Package for the ICMA "Next Generation Classifieds" conference from 3-6 November 2010 in Vienna, Austria.

Before the ICMA conference— company exposure

• Your logo will be included on the online registration form allowing the delegates to pre-arrange a meeting directly with you! (Commitment forms must be received by Monday 26 July 2010  to participate in this.)
• Introduction at the beginning of the conference by the moderator.  This will take place during the plenary sessions.
• Your company’s description of 200 words, listed on the ICMA Vienna conference website and in the conference booklet.
• Your logo with a link to your website will be included on the ICMA website event pages and in the ICMA Vienna conference e-Newsletter, which will be sent out to all the members of the Association and other carefully selected publishers.
  

During the 3 day ICMA Vienna conference

• Introduction at the beginning of the conference by the moderator.  This will take place during the plenary sessions. 
• Tabletop display (180 x 60 cm, incl. 2 chairs) for 3 days (First day is networking activities)
• Two full conference registrations, including all the scheduled coffee breaks, lunches and dinners, but excluding the ‘member only’ sessions, for example the Sharing Best Practice sessions, Business Leaders' Forum and Business Operations Forum.
• Two entry tickets to the ICMA Gala Party (normal price € 130,- p.p.)
• Company exposure, including your company’s brochure in the conference folder, which will be handed out to all participants at registration. (max.6 pages, A4 format)
