You can sponsor the ICMA "Next Generation Classifieds" conference from 3-6 November 2010 in Vienna, Austria. 

All sponsor packages include the following:

• Your logo will be included on the online registration form allowing the delegates to pre-arrange a meeting directly with you! (Commitment forms must be received by Monday 26 July 2010  to participate in this.)
• Introduction at the beginning of the conference by the moderator.  This will take place during the plenary sessions.
• Your company’s description of 200 words, listed on the ICMA Vienna conference website and in the conference booklet.
• Your logo with a link to your website will be included on the ICMA website event pages and in the ICMA Vienna conference e-Newsletter, which will be sent out to all the members of the Association and other carefully selected publishers.

Sponsor Welcome Reception and Dinner
This is an excellent opportunity to gain recognition right from the get-go! There are three different options - one involving a prize give-away, another a presentation, and the third option is mention by the chairperson and of course full company signage can be displayed on cards in the room and outside the entrance, as well as an opportunity to place company literature and/or a gift on the tables.

NEW Cocktail Reception
This is an excellent opportunity to drive the delegates to your Exhibition stand during the Solution Providers hour 17.00 - 18.00 on Thursday 4 November. 

Sponsor Lunch
A great option where you will be mentioned as the sponsor on the ICMA website and in the conference booklet.  Again, full company signage can be displayed on cards in the room and outside the entrance, along with the opportunity to place company literature and/or a gift on the tables. 

Sponsor the Name Badges
Have your company logo or name printed on the name badge itself! Everyone will know the name of your company after wearing the name badge for 4 days.

Sponsor a Welcome Gift
Make the best first impression by giving a welcome gift to be received by the delegates upon arrival to their rooms. What a wonderful way to welcome them and have them coming to thank you from day 1! 

Sponsor the Cybercafe
The Cybercafe is located in the ICMA Lounge; there are lots of ways to make sure people know you sponsored this. Signage, your logo as a screen saver, mouse pads, etc.

Sponsor a day of Coffee Breaks
Who doesn't appreciate a cup of coffee to keep them going through the day!  By sponsoring a day of coffee breaks you can kick your sponsorship into full gear - have fun with it by giving them a logo'd gift to go with it!  Signage of the sponsor is welcomed in the room and just outside.

Sponsor the ICMA Member Lounge
Sponsorship of the official ICMA member lounge for informal get-togethers and drinks for 3 day event. 

Sponsor a Plenary Session
This is another excellent option in which you can welcome the delegates with a little something as they start their mornings.  Deliver it to the ICMA staff the night before and we will make sure it is sitting on the table of each delegate for the first plenary session of the day!

Sponsor the Conference Bags
Sponsor the conference bags that will be handed out to each participant at the beginning of the meeting and will include the conference folder.
