*NB: Early Bird fees must be paid in full by 22 March 2010.  Any payments received after this date will be charged at the Standard rate.

• All lunches and coffee breaks on 5 - 8 May

Cancellation policy

ICMA Head Office must be notified in writing of any cancellations. A cancellation fee of € 150 will be charged for cancellations received up to 22 March 2010. After this date, there will be no refund of the registration fee.

Separate conditions apply for the hotel reservation.
