Hotel Reservation - Method of Payment
- Upon registration, ICMA will guarantee your room reservation with the hotel. For this purpose, ICMA requires a credit card guarantee by each individual participant. Without this, the hotel room cannot be held.
- 50% of room deposit is required upon booking. Settlement of final charges is to be made directly to the hotel by each individual upon checkout.
Hotel Reservation - Cancellation
- Individual cancellations will be accepted until 22 March 2010. Any room cancellation received after this date or No Show will be charged with the original booking to the credit card used as guarantee.
- If you wish to cancel or change your hotel reservation, please contact ICMA Head Office.

By air

Berlin has two airports:
Tegel Airport (TXL) located north-west of the city. 5 km from City West and 8 km from City East.
Schonefeld Airport (SXF) located south of Berlin. 22 km from City West and 18 km from City East.
By rail
InterCityExpress, InterCity, EuroCity and InterRegio trains allow for easy accessiblity to Berlin. For an overview of travel times to Berlin click here. The station closest to the Hotel Concorde Berlin is the Zoologischer Garten station. And the main central stations are Hauptbahnhof and Ostbahnhof stations.
Taxi
The ride from the airport to the Hotel Concorde Berlin should take approximately 20 minutes, dependent on traffic. The cost should be around EUR 15 - 20.
Bus
Should you be looking for a cheaper fare - take the expressbus X9 from the Tegel airport to the Zoologischer Garten - this trip will take between 20 - 30 minutes and cost you no more than EUR 3. From the Zoologischer Garten it is an approximately 7 minute walk to the Hotel Concorde Berlin.
