Included in the registration fee:

• Access to all conference sessions and activities on 5 - 8 November 2008 (with the exception of the Publishers' Meeting on 8 November 2008- separate tickets)
• All lunches and coffee breaks on 5 - 8 November 2008
• The Welcome Reception and Dinner at the Trump International Beach Resort on Wednesday 5 November 2008
• A Cuban dinner on Thursday 6 November 2008 

NOT included in the registration fee:

• Travel to and from the meeting venue
• Hotel accommodation
• Gala Party, Saturday 8 November 2008

Cancellation policy

ICMA Head Office must be notified in writing of any cancellations. A cancellation fee of € 99 will be charged for cancellations received up to 24 September 2008. After this date, there will be no refund of the registration fee.

Separate conditions apply for the hotel reservation.
