The costs for these unique social events are included in the General Meeting registration fee (except for the Gala Party which is charged separately). Teambuilding Raft Building Event A teambuilding event like no other!  It's time to find out just how well you can work as a team to build a seaworthy raft.  Note, once built it will actually be tested in the Atlantic Ocean - right off the shores of the beautiful Miami beaches.  Just how many of your team-mates can you fit on your raft without it sinking?... Suggested Dress: Swimming gear, shorts, tee-shirts and don't forget the sunblock! Welcome Reception & Dinner The beautiful Trump International Beach Resort, provides an ideal beachfront location for a Welcome Reception. Join us for the poolside welcome reception  enjoying the delicious Floridian cocktails and a divine dinner buffet.  The Trump International Beach Resort provides an exceptional atmosphere to reconnect with ICMA members new and old. Thursday 6 November YUCA - Young Urban Cuban American The Thursday night dinner venue provides an opportunity to pleasure your taste buds with a fresh spin on traditional Cuban gastronomy.  YUCA is widely known as the original upscale Cuban restaurant featuring Innovative Nuevo Latino cuisine.  The textures, colours and flavours combine to make a dining experience that is truly unique. Friday 7 November Free Time After full days of learning, networking and the like, we give you a chance to let loose and explore a bit of the Miami nightlife.  The Trump International Beach Resort Miami offers complimentary shuttles to South Beach - the place to see and be seen!   Always fun for celebrity spotting! Saturday 8 November Gala Party on the Venetian Lady Miami Vice style is the theme of the Gala Party.  So dust off those "Don Johnson" suits, if you dare, and get ready to step aboard one of the most lavish yachts in the Miami Bay.  She will cruise around "Star Island" where a few of the well known celebrities, such as  Shaquille O'Neal, Will Smith and Madonna own homes.  After a savoury dinner and delicious dessert get ready to dance the night away.Tickets for the Gala Party are separate from the General Meeting registration.
