Klaus Abele graduated from the University of Konstanz in Germany with a diploma in physics and information science, and began his career in publishing as a scientist at the Fraunhofer Institute for Management and Organisation in Stuttgart. He moved back to Konstanz to become Project Leader for New Media at the Südkurier publishing company and then MD of Media Favoriten GmbH, the online arm of Südkurier.
In 2003, he joined ISA GmbH & Co. KG, a joint venture of the publishing groups Georg von Holtzbrinck | Dr. Ippen | WAZ Mediagroup as MD and has since managed Autoanzeigen.de GmbH & Co. KG and ma | |
