Ms. Johnston has over 20 years of executive leadership in internet, high tech and telecom companies, ranging from startups to large organizations. As Regional Vice President and CFO of Yahoo! International, she had responsibility for up to US$1.5 (EUR 1.1) billion in revenue and 4,000 employees. She has also held senior positions at Divx, Overture, Level 3 Communications, Sameday Technologies, Pulsepoint Communications and Motorola. Ms. Johnston holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
