NANI  

NANI, or National Advertising Network Inc, is the American network of free community papers offered by ICMA's partner, the Association of Free Community Papers (AFCP). 

Publishers and their advertisers can place ads into these papers using the PHOENIX system, the only differences being that only lineage ads are accepted and you are not able to advertise personals.
