Standard Membership

Standard membership is basic membership of the Association and entitles all the employees of a member company which operates in a single country or territory to access all the benefits, products and services offered by ICMA.

If your company operates in multiple countries or territories, then you should apply for a Group membership which will enable all your employees to benefit.

Applicants complete a short application form and provide two latest editions of their publication or access to their website, a map of the distribution area (for printed publications only), and pay the relevant fees.

The application will be distributed to all ICMA members and after a short consultation period, they are admitted into the Association.

The rules that govern the Association can be found in the ICMA  Articles and Bylaws.

"I have been a member of FAPIA and now ICMA from the beginning in 1986 and I have benefited a lot from my membership every year. I would rate the information about the other operations, about "bright ideas" as number one. It is very difficult to measure the value of ideas, but I’m not exaggerating when I say that I have made millions with the ideas I picked up from other members. And I am very happy if other members benefit from my contribution." Publisher, Germany
