ICMA’s social events will give you a wonderful opportunity to experience this wonderful city to the fullest. The costs for these unique social events are included in the Conference registration fee (except for the Gala Party which is charged separately). Please make sure to sign up for the social events when registering.

Join your fellow members this afternoon in a thrilling group activity that entails creativity and innovation. You’ll come away from this exhilarating experience with unforgettable memories, lessons learned and an expanded social and professional network. New members and delegates are warmly welcomed to participate.

Evening – Welcome Dinner and Reception at Four Seasons Dublin Hotel

Kick off the conference in true ICMA fashion at the Welcome Reception and Dinner celebrating 25 years of ICMA and providing a great opportunity to reconnect with your fellow ICMA members and as well as any newcomers.

What’s a trip to Ireland without a little taste of true Irish culture? Join us at the award winning venue Taylor’s Three Rock for an enjoyable evening of traditional Irish food, dance, and song!

Guinness Storehouse ICMA 25th Year Anniversary Gala Party

In 1759 the story of Guiness began with the signature of Arthur Guiness for a 9,000 year lease on the brewery, St. James’s Gate in Dublin. Ten years later, Guiness was exported on a sailing vessel to England and soon thereafter expanded its exports around the world. Through years of incredible dedication and inspiration Guiness has become one of the world’s most renowned beers.

Over 250 years since the beginnings of Guiness, St. James’s Gate is still home to the infamous Guiness beer. Our evening at this amazing historical landmark will begin with a welcome reception entailing an unguided tour of the first two floors of the Storehouse. Preceding the tour, a delectable three course dinner will be served. We’ll end the evening with beautiful views of the Dublin skyline in the Gravity Bar with a dance carried on by a local DJ.

Tickets for the Gala Party are separate from the conference Registration Fee.
