Amy Bowler

Amy started IPC in 2005 as a sales executive and has worked her way up through classifieds in the last 7 years. She now heads up the consumer print and digital advertising across Southbank and Connect which includes over 30 brands across women’s lifestyle and fashion, women’s weeklies, TV and Men’s and Music. She is responsible for all aspects of her department including staff management, revenue generation, recruitment & training while managing a team of 15 sales executives and 2 managers, selling a portfolio worth in excess of £4.6m across print and digital.

Amy started IPC in 2005 as a sales executive and has worked her way up through classifieds in the last 7 years. He is one of the longest standing members of the association, since 1988 when it consisted of a small group of pioneers. He has been actively involved in the life of the association as a Committee member and has chaired several Publishers’ Meetings as well as making numerous presentations over the years. He started as a publisher in Finland at the age of 21 in 1985 and relocated to South Africa in 1992. His company currently prints 8 weekly titles, runs several web sites, has its own nationwide distribution network and employs over 900 people in South Africa.

Aitor Elorriaga

Aitor Elorriaga is an associate consultant at INNOPOLE S.L, Spanish consultancy firm specialized in the ideation and management of RTD and Innovation projects. He is currently coordinating the European Commission funded project “ExtremeFactories” for the creation of a methodology and web platform that implements agile practices to boost innovation within SMEs. Aitor has led a good number of software development projects for several sectors and has implemented agile methodologies and practices in several companies since year 2,002.

Since 2006 he is responsible for the sales, team leading and development of the biggest regional online job market in Germany: Kalaydo GmbH & Co. KG.In the beginning of 2013, Olten also took over the management of the competence group eRecruiting at the German Internet Association ECO.
