Mike is CEO of Styria Media Group's Digital Marketplaces and is responsible for the market leading Digital Marketplaces willhaben.at in Austria, njuskalo.hr in Croatia, bolha.com and mojedelo.com in Slovenia as well as for the participation Offerista Group based in Berlin incorporating wogibtswas.at in Austria. Also, he is responsible for the Marketplaces Technology Provider Trikoder in Croatia. Mike has been working in digital media and marketplaces for more than 10 years and played a significant role in defining and executing Styria’s digital strategy in this area. His current focus is on the strategic and financial growth of the existing units as well as on the expansion of the portfolio internationally as well as fostering the innovation of the Digital Marketplaces Group of Styria.

Lucian is Head of Classifieds at Russmedia Digital Romania. He has a degree in Law and worked in advertising and as an entrepreneur before joining Russmedia in 2007. At Russmedia he is coordinating one of the largest Romanian horizontals, publi24, but he is actively involved in other operations of the company as well. His expertise is building and monetizing web and mobile marketplaces. He's been a board member of ICMA for 4 years. Lucian is passionate about learning languages, technology and economics.

Sylvia Dellantonio’s Background is a master’s degree of Business Administration. She started 1998 in the Styria Media Group and worked for different brands and countries. First a Trainee she moved on to lead initiatives in the digital transfer of news media in Austria and Croatia and to become general manager of the digital unit of Die Presse in 2005. Since 2010 she is general manager of Willhaben and responsible for the development of this biggest Austrian marketplace, which was founded as a Joint Venture of Styria Media Group and Schibsted Media Group. She is driven by dealing with ongoing growth, dynamic markets and new ways of work, and by developing teams, that accept these challenges and handle them successfully. Willhaben is the leading marketplace in Austria and is awarded as “Great Place To Work” ten years in a row.

Kevin Gosschalk is the CEO and Founder of Arkose Labs, where he leads a team of people focused on telling computers and humans apart on the Internet. He gained early recognition for his work with the Institute of Health and Biomedical Innovation (QUT) as part of the LANDMark (Longitudinal Assessment of Novel Ophthalmic Diabetic Markers) study, where he developed an innovative mapping technique to detect early signs of diabetes using non- invasive methods. Before Arkose Labs, Kevin worked on gaming hardware for the intellectually disabled at the Endeavour Foundation and built a unique device incorporating Microsoft’s Kinnect Camera technology. Noted for his involvement in interactive development and machine vision, Kevin then turned his expertise to automated abuse and human verification — often regarded as the Internet’s impossible problem. Today, Arkose Labs has transformed the irritating chore of comprehension into an SLA-guaranteed technology that prevents automated abuse for brands like Electronic Arts, Singapore Airlines, and Roblox.
