Mike is CEO of Styria Media Group's Digital Marketplaces and is responsible for the market leading Digital Marketplaces willhaben.at in Austria, njuskalo.hr in Croatia, bolha.com and mojedelo.com in Slovenia as well as for the participation Offerista Group based in Berlin incorporating wogibtswas.at in Austria. Also, he is responsible for the Marketplaces Technology Provider Trikoder in Croatia. Mike has been working in digital media and marketplaces for more than 10 years and played a significant role in defining and executing Styria’s digital strategy in this area. His current focus is on the strategic and financial growth of the existing units as well as on the expansion of the portfolio internationally as well as fostering the innovation of the Digital Marketplaces Group of Styria.

Géza Palocsay
Managing Director, Schibsted Classified Media Hungary Kft., Hungary

Géza Palocsay, managing director of Schibsted Classified Media Hungary Kft., - which operates Jófogás and Használtautó.hu - started his career at the sales department of Sanoma Media Budapest Zrt., where for several years he had been responsible for the entire online sales strategy as the online advertising director of the publishing company, now called Centrál Media Group. The 38-year-old certified economist and businessman then took on a position at one of the leading companies in local e-commerce; Árukeres? in 2010, where he initially served as the International Sales Director before taking on the responsibilities of the position of Operational Director for the market leader portal in several countries.
Palocsay joined the Hungarian subsidiary of the Norway-based Schibsted Media Company in 2014: since taking over the duties of operating Jófogás and Használtautó.hu, the company has grown and strengthened. Thanks to the joint success achieved by a team that today boasts close to 100-members, Palocsay was placed number one on the list of “Top 25 - The Most Influential People on the Local Digital Market in Hungary” in 2017 and 2018.

Eric Finnas Dahlstrom

Eric Finnas Dahlstrom is the CEO of JamesEdition.com since July 2018. Founded as JamesList more than 10 years ago, JamesEdition is today the world's largest luxury marketplace with more than 100,000 luxury items on display from thousands for sellers globally. Eric has a background in classifieds from Russia's leading and the world's second largest classifieds site Avito. At Avito Eric was responsible for the General Classifieds business unit, covering areas such as business strategy, monetization and marketing for millions of sellers on the platform. Previously Eric has held positions in sales management at the Swedish mobile operator Tele2, working both in Sweden and Kazakhstan. Eric is a graduate from the Royal Institute of Technology KTH in Stockholm and holds degrees in Industrial Management and Russian.  

Andrew Olejnik

Over 15 years of international experience in online real estate, consumer finance, private equity, venture capital, e-commerce and digital marketing across multiple European and Asian markets. Since founding Homsters, a pro-tech company which builds online marketplaces for the property development segment, Andrew has not only created a market leader of this segment in Kazakhstan,but also led its international expansion through offeringglobal classifieds aSaaS implementation ofHomsters’ technology. Homsters has since secured partnerships with Schibsted and other leading only classifieds. Today the Homsters platform operates in 4 markets and the company is expanding rapidly. Prior to Homsters, Andrew was part of the senior founding team at Platinum Bank (Ukraine), one of the top success stories in consumer finance in Eastern Europe after having generated over $100 million of net capital gain for its international private equity backers.   Andrew held several positions in his nine years at Platinum, including the roles of chief sales officer and deputy CEO where he was responsible for leading a 3,000-strong nationwide sales organisation. Andrew brings with him considerable growth capital experience in his previous roles as managing director(Amber Capital, Poland), mentor(EastLabsVenture Capital Incubator), and angel investor and board member for a number ofstart-ups in emerging markets. An active speaker at industry conferences, roundtables, and media programs, Andrew has presented on a wide range of topics, including on marketing strategy, understanding consumer behaviour, and intercultural management. Dr. Fabian Schulz is a Partner in Simon-Kucher?s Frankfurt office. He has been with the company since 2007. He primarily conducts projects for software companies, payment processors, online platforms, and IT service companies. His consulting focus is on monetization strategies, sales optimization, customer-focused management, and digitalization strategies. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and a guest lecturer at universities. Dr. Fabian Schulz holds a PhD from the chair for e-commerce at the Goethe University Frankfurt. His research is focused on market research methodologies and consumer behavior and is published in leading scientific journals. He studied at the HHL-Leipzig Graduate School of Management and the Concordia University Montreal, with a focus on strategy and corporate finance.
