Carl Di Cicco
CCO at IOVOX, United Kingdom
Carl Di Cicco is the Chief Commercial Officer of IOVOX. He has worked in the Telecoms, Directory and Digital Marketing industry for over 20 years.
Focusing on the digital transformation and monetization of Classified businesses, Carl has worked with Amazon, BT Phonebook, BT Tradespace, AutoTrader UK and Zoopla, amongst others.
Carl lead British Telecom’s small business focused Digital Services and Software as a Service (SaaS) portfolio – creating new levels of engagement driven by first understanding the customer’s goals rather than just focusing on their technical requirements.
Carl was instrumental in developing and leading the Get British Business Online (GBBO) initiative, a collaboration between Enterprise UK, Google, BT, and e-skills UK, with the support of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills that helped over 150k small businesses take their first steps into online advertising.
Helping to build new billing relationships with over 500k small business customers, Carl has innovated around the use of Welcome to Service, Activation, Analytics, Consultation and ongoing Life-cycling to build stronger relationships with customers, improve retention and drive new recurring revenues.
Mats Julian Olsen
Data Scientist at Schibsted, Norway
Mats is an applied mathematician working as a Data Scientist at Schibsted. From Oslo, Norway, he’s working on delivering insights to product leaders and developing global machine learning products across Schibsted’s local brands. When not wrangling data, Mats can be found bouldering in local gyms, or hacking away at private projects on GitHub.

Frederic Hansen is the COO of Click Performance Group, a consulting firm specialized in the successful monetization of websites. In this new era of programmatic and native advertising, Frederic and his team are guiding publishers around the globe through the challenges and opportunities of monetizing their platforms through online advertising.
Frederic has gained valuable internet experience during many years of hands-on work, starting as an Internet entrepreneur at the age of 16. After his consulting business was acquired by Click Performance Group in 2012, he began to successfully assist publishers from many industries in leading roles and became the company’s COO in 2015.
Frederic graduated with honors from Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany, majoring in managerial economics and marketing. He’s earned academic recognition for his thesis about the profitability of transaction brokerage platforms in the online marketing landscape. He also serves on the board of directors of PubStream, a revenue analytics startup.
Tomasz has over 15 years of experience in sales/marketing and customer support in growing international business. As the team leader he has been responsible for taking the online and mobile businesses global. Bojan Leković is the Founder and CEO of KupujemProdajem.com – the largest classified marketplace in Serbia. Bojan has extensive experience in mobile, which he utilised in various projects as a Business development consultant, Entrepreneur and Investor. Prior, whilst working at the Royal Dutch Telecom (KPN) as a Senior Strategy and Innovations Manager, he was involved in the development and introduction of i-mode – the first mobile Internet service in Europe. Other projects included development of the first standard Mobile TV broadcast service in Europe. In addition to leading numerous mobile handset innovation and research projects for KPN Mobile, he was also a member of the Intellectual property board of KPN. Bojan has enjoyed working alongside many talented people from Asia and Europe through projects with tech giants, such as Samsung, LG, HTC, Nokia, Sony, Ericsson, Blackberry, ZTE, Huawei, Google, Microsoft, Qualcomm and Intel. In addition to that, Bojan was also a researcher at Delft University of Technology, Faculty of EE, (The Netherlands) and University of Niš, Faculty of Electronics (Serbia).

Richard is Senior Manager of Product Management at Dice for the Technology Professional digital experience and platform. With over 20 years in Internet and Enterprise Software, he has managed market leading enterprise software products and spearheaded efforts to build, partner, and leverage open source projects.
Richard began his career at Sun Microsystems and managed products such as Sun RFID, Sun Portal Server, OpenPortal, and GlassFish WebSpace Server. He has also managed market leading Digital Experience products at Oracle such as WebCenter Portal and Content.
Richard holds a Bachelors in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Menlo College and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Saint Mary’s College.

Anna is a Co-Founder at Lalafo – a C2C marketplace for selling second-hand goods, powered by AI. Launched in September 2015, by 2016 Lalafo’s users listed items worth over $10B. Prior to Lalafo, Anna served as a Commercial Development Manager and, later, as a Chief Operating Officer at OLX. She has also previously Co-Founded a wedding services marketplace provider iBride.com . Anna holds an MBA in International Manafement from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Aja is the CEO of ReShopper – a marketplace for second hand children items. She has previously served as a Country Manager and Head of Operations for the Nordics and Netherlands at Airbnb. She holds a Double Masters degree in International Business from the Copenhagen Business School and Indian Institute of Management.

Javier is Mitula’s Chief Business Development Officer. He is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating new revenues and alliances for the group.
Prior this new role, Javier was one of Mitula’s first employees and shareholders, joining as Commercial Director and COO in 2010. Before Mitula, Javier spent 2 years as Europe Regional Manager for Selenium Loudspeakers (today JBL Brazil – Harman Group) and 3 years as Europe Regional Manager for Intelbras (a major Brazilian telecom manufacturer). Christoph is a Co-Founder of the Zoomsquare, which is a real estate search engine; and Intellyo – a content marketing startup, creating purpose driven magazines for big brands. He has extensive experience in a pioneer Austrian web companies. Through involvement in building derStandard.at – the first German-speaking newspaper on the Internet; and as a Technical Lead at bwin, Christoph was able to obtain high-level knowledge early on in his career. He has shared that knowledge with the rising startup scene, speaking at the various events, such as the World Financial Symposium and the European Forum Alpbach. In addition to being a Mentor at the WU Vienna Entrepreneurship Academy and the incubator INiTS, he is also involved in the Austrian governmental research groups, supporting startup sector. He has appeared as guest lecture in WU Vienna, TU Vienna.

Daniela is the International Head of Campaigns for Companion Animals at FOUR PAWS and is an experienced global campaigns leader. She has worked with international NGOs around the world for over 15 years, including Amnesty international and Greenpeace. Previously she had been employed by the European Court of Justice, the European Court of Auditors and worked in the international finance sector. She holds a UNESCO Master’s degree in Peace and Development studies and an MA in International Political Science and has lived in Latin America, Europe, Asia and Canada.
