A graduate of K.U.Leuven University, Michaël began his career as a language specialist at Lernout and Hauspie (L and H). From there, he moved on to a position as a software developer at Real Software before he became a guest lecturer in applied linguistics at Vlekho Business School in Brussels and founded i.Know.

Christophe Glorieux

pChristophe began his career at VMMA, the largest Belgian TV station, first as an editor, and then later on as a producer, In 1996, he joined Vacature.be, which was part of the same group, to help start up their online activities.

By 2001, the online activities had grown to such an extent that they were relocated into a new interactive company called Jobscareer which Christophe launched. In 2004, he was promoted to Vice-MD, and in 2005 to the position of Managing Director. Today he has responsibility for both the print (Vacature) and online (Jobscareer) activities as CEO of both companies.

Peter has also worked in the development of nonprofit interactive applications with the U.S. Department of Commerce, The Markle Foundation and The Benton Foundation. His authoritative views on new media trends have regularly landed him in most of the major newspapers and business magazines. He has also been a frequent guest on PBS’ Nightly Business Report.

Peter received his master’s degree in communications management at USC’s Annenberg School of Communications. Jan-Pieter Oosting is founder of WorldYacht BV in The Netherlands. After a consultancy and sales career with major international ICT companies he started his company (trade name YachtFocus) for multimedia services in the yachting business.

The YachtFocus.com website took off in 2003 and offers 16,000 yachts for sale from brokers and private sellers. That same year the market leading YachtFocus All-in-One CRM system for yacht brokers was introduced. In 2004 YachtFocus Magazine started and has since developed into the second largest boating magazine in the Netherlands with over 200 pages classified and other advertisements. In 2007 cooperation began with the Royal Dutch Touring Club ANWB who publishes the leading Dutch editorial yachting magazine Waterkampioen. Several projects are being developed together.
