Boris Metraux is the CEO & Co-Founder of Encuentra24.com. Established in 2005, Encuentra24.com is the leader in classified for Panama and Costa Rica, with more than 4 million hits per month and 80 million monthly page views. The comprehensive platform offers online classified services, dedicated to advertising buying, selling and renting property, cars, jobs vacancies, products and updated services.

Raphael Bienz is the CEO of BlueGlass. Creativity, data, and analytical forward thinking are the foundation of Raphael Bienz’s digital marketing expertise. Only in his early 30’s, the established CEO of BlueGlass Zurich is a full stack online-marketer, black belt certified in Searchmetrics, and experienced across numerous global digital marketing projects.
Raphael holds a MBA with special emphasis on strategic management and marketing. Following graduation, he was responsible for business development at isonet AG, quickly rising to CEO – a position he held for 3 years. Since 2010 he has been instrumental in development and growth for the strategic and operative direction of BlueGlass: an international SEO and content marketing strategy agency with offices in Zurich, London and Tallinn. Peter Froberg is a Consultant at Freemium. He helps companies optimize their business model, with a special focus on freemium and business models beyond profit. The work takes many shapes, from delivering a keynote for inspiration, to development workshops and active engagement in developing and implementing the model.
Peter is also the President of CREvine.com. His current focus at CREvine.com is building the list of CRE service providers that are benefiting from their marketing innovations.

Vango is a new startup that connects emerging artists and novice art buyers, and was selected by Apple as one of its top apps.

His last company, SocialEarth, the Huffington Post for social entrepreneurship, was acquired by 3BL Media in 2012.

Rob Paterson is the Director of Consulting at AIM Group. He has worked within the classifieds sector for more than 20 years. Rob recently took up this role having moved back to the UK from LA. In LA Rob was the CEO of Pantera Digital, where he was responsible for building a digital agency specialising in providing content marketing, search engine optimisation, search engine marketing and analytics.
Prior to that Rob was the CEO of Erento, the leading international online consumer marketplace for the hire and rental industry. Erento GmbH has its Head office in Berlin and is the flagship online media property owned and operated by VM Digital the digital investment division of Russ Media.

Claudia Nessler is the Head of Classifieds at Russmedia Digital. Claudia joined Russmedia in 2010 and has been Head of Online Classifieds since 2013. Their portfolio includes the regional market-leading jobportal (ländlejob.at), real-estate site (ländleimmo.at) and general classifieds (ländleanzeiger.at). Claudia’s main focus is on developing new products and features for portals to further grow business – in web, mobile and whatever will be next.

Marc Mandt is an Entrepreneur In Residence at Tampa Bay WaVE and works directly with early stage companies in the accelerator program.
Marc is also founder of Adalia Media, which is the license holder for Mascus for the US market. Marc’s team lead the fastest revenue ramp up in the history of Mascus.
Recently Marc created a new digital division for The Flyer, one of the largest classified publishers in the US.
Prior to that, Marc has been involved in several ventures. He is the founder of Classified Technologies Group which was first to market offering both a SaaS sales system as well as fully outsourced classified ad sales for community papers. He also co-founded a local search company in Tampa, Florida and started his career at The Flyer where he held many positions covering sales, marketing, technology and operational improvements.
