Rates are per room per night and include service charges, city tax, VAT, full American buffet breakfast, complimentary use of the gym, pool, Jacuzzi and sauna.

Hotel Reservation – Method of Payment
- Upon registration, ICMA will guarantee your room reservation with the hotel. For this purpose, ICMA requires a credit card guarantee by each individual participant. Without this, the hotel room cannot be held.
- Settlement of final charges is to be made directly to the hotel by each individual upon checkout.
Hotel Reservation – Cancellation
- Individual cancellations will be accepted until 13 September 2013. Any room cancellation received after this date or No Show will be charged with the original booking to the credit card used as guarantee.
- If you wish to cancel or change your hotel reservation, please contact ICMA Head Office.
Some conference delegates may need a visa to visit Prague. Please contact your nearest Czech Republic embassy, high commission or consulate to find out if you need a visa. Some countries are exempt from visa requirements, you may find out if this applies to you here. If your country is not exempt, you may need to receive a Schengen visa in which you will need to contact your nearest Czech republic ministry.

Train & Airport Express Shuttle
The Václav Havel Airport Prague and Czech Railways have partnered together to provide visitors an excellent offer! You can take the Airport Express (AE) shuttle free of charge to and from the airport to the Prague Main Railway Station. Do not forget to get your return ticket stamped upon arrival. Stamps with the date of travel can be obtained at the Information Desk in arrival halls against a boarding pass and personal ID presentation. Please be sure to read the conditions before booking.
From the Train Station walk to the underground stop, Muzeum and take the underground, Line A towards Dejvická. Get off on the 2nd stop, Staroměstská stop (3 minutes) and walk 6 minutes to the Intercontinental Prague Hotel. The total fee will cost you around 24Czk or about 1 Euro.
Bus and Underground
You can reach the Intercontinental Prague Hotel by means of a bus, underground and a few minutes walk for just 32Czk or 2 Euros. Simply walk to Terminal 3 and hop on the 119 bus towards Dejvická. On the 7th stop, Dejvická, exit the bus and walk to the underground Dejvická stop. Take the underground Line A towards Depo Hostivař. Take the 3rd stop, Staroměstská, and walk 6 minutes to the Intercontinental Prague Hotel. This entire journey will take you about 50 minutes.

From the Airport: Your trip from the airport will take you approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. The airport offers various car rental agencies. For directions, approximate cost of gas, traffic , and road work visit http://www.viamichelin.com/.
Pick up from the airport: The Intercontinental Prague Hotel may pick you up from the airport for as low as 900 Czk or 38 Euros one way. The one way trip will take you approximately 30 minutes.
