Bora Biçer

Bora Biçer held different managerial positions on the field of information technologies such as product management, marketing and IT. After executing various significant positions in Turkey’s leading telecommunications operator Turkcell,  Biçer now serves as the Chief Product and Experience Officer  at sahibinden.com since 2013. He has a Bsc in Computer Engineering and holds an MBA degree.
