Bora Biçer

Bora Biçer started his carrier at Logo Software Inc. and held different managerial positions on the field of information technologies such as product management, marketing and IT. After executing various significant positions in Turkcell; he was assigned as the General Manager of Fizy, a group company of Turkcell. Biçer serves as the Vice President, Business, Service and Customer Experience Management at sahibinden.com since 2013. He graduated from Middle East Technical University Department of Computer Engineering and had an MBA degree from Bo?aziçi University.
