Kristiana Põld

Kristiana Põld is the Head of Osta.ee, Estonia’s leading auction and marketplace platform. She has been with Baltic Classifieds Group — the leading classifieds group in the Baltics — for nearly 12 years, starting as Head of Marketing and Communications for Estonia’s largest real estate portal KV.EE, and later working across several of the group’s portfolio brands in Estonia. For the past two years she has led Osta.ee.

Operating in a country of just 1.3 million people, Osta.ee facilitates more than 120 000 transactions each month and serves over 300 000 ID-verified users. The platform combines auctions with “buy now” sales, features its own escrow and claims management systems, and functions as a strong C2C, B2C, and public sector sales channel. With a history spanning more than 26 years, Osta.ee is a trusted marketplace “where everything from a Zippo to an airplane can be sold”.

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and digital product development, Kristiana has built a versatile career across diverse industries — from retail and advertising agencies to media and online marketplaces. She also served as Marketing Director at Postimees Grupp, the largest media group in the Baltics, where she was responsible for over 30 brands across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Her expertise spans strategic marketing, platform service design, and product development, underpinned by a deep understanding of media and digital business models.
