Lucian is Head of Classifieds at Russmedia Digital Romania. He has a degree in Law and worked in advertising and as an entrepreneur before joining Russmedia in 2007. At Russmedia he is coordinating one of the largest Romanian horizontals, publi24, but he is actively involved in other operations of the company as well. His expertise is building and monetizing web and mobile marketplaces. He’s been a board member of ICMA for 4 years.

Lucian is passionate about learning languages, technology and economics.
